I've sent an error report and support request to the MEGA software developers but was wondering whether there are any other suggestions.
Having googled the problem I find that there is someone else who has posted similarly on this forum here but it sounds like the problem there is different. Given that it claims to be a Segmentation Fault I am slightly at a loss as to what to do, and am assuming that it is a fault within the software in question. It appears to install OK and I can (apparently) login to my MEGA account but when it comes to selecting what I want sync'd it throws the error report at the end of this message (it's quite long). I've downloaded the 18.04 version from the MEGA website. Mate A lightweight Desktop Environment that supports newer technologies with a traditional Desktop. It requires a minimum of 2 GB of RAM, but for a smooth experience we recommend 4 GB of RAM.
The perfect choice for hardware with lower specs.

Work with 8bitdo gamepad vía bluetooth and PS3 controller with cable (I don't have dongle bluetooth at this moment). Retroarch work fine with Snes, Megadrive, Arcade emulators. I can watch 4K streaming without lag (I had problems with other distro in the past: Xubuntu). Kodi 18.6 works fine without streaming issues and work with spanish addons as Palantir, Alfa and others.
